Had a fantastic time with my buddies! We loved the rooftop bar and the nearby shopping area. The drinks were great, and the decor was just our style. Rachel at the front desk made everything smooth. Just a tip, the hotel offers good breakfast options, and the pool bar is a nice hangout spot.
One downside was the late checkout confusion. We were told we could do it for free, but we were charged an extra $50 when we arrived, which was disappointing.

Rise Uptown is a food lover's dream! The rooftop bar serves up killer cocktails, and the popsicle stand is the perfect treat to beat the Arizona heat. Plus, the nearby Chula Seafood is a must-try for fish tacos that will have you coming back for more.
Finding the place can be a wild goose chase since the sign is way up on the building—had to squint to spot it! No outdoor lighting makes it tricky when you’re rolling in after dark.

I thoroughly enjoyed the vibrant, mid-century decor and the incredibly friendly staff. The outdoor lounging area was a delightful escape, and the warm pool inviting, making it accessible and enjoyable for senior guests like myself.
More seating by the pool would be nice.

great central spot for walking to attractions and parks
During my stay, I was thrilled by how close I was to the charming Melrose Shopping Center, which is just a 15-minute walk away, and the beautiful pool park right next door made my mornings so relaxing. the friendly staff and stylish decor added an extra layer of charm to the experience.

They had a kettle in the room, which was perfect to hit that caffeine fix! The pool bar was great to chill at after a long day, but it wrapped up early at 9pm.
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but I guess you pay for the experience.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Rise Uptown, where the retro decor and comfortable bedding created a delightful atmosphere. The friendly staff enhanced the experience, although the unexpected $30 experience fee felt a bit unfair. Overall, a memorable stay in a vibrant part of Phoenix.

The outdoor space at Rise is lovely and makes for a nice area to unwind. Our Mini King Room near the pool was cozy before and we appreciated the good food and drink by the pool.
We did not enjoy the tower room this time especially with the lack of a view and issues with the AC.
